A food manufacturing factory experienced reduced efficiency in one of its boiler installations. Following the advice of Goodway Benelux, an industrial contractor was deployed on-site to clean the fire tubes internally. Using Goodway Benelux equipment, the operators were able to perform the cleaning efficiently and effectively.
The AWT-100X tube cleaner was used in combination with a GTC-721G flexible shaft for dry use. Nylon abrasive brushes were used to removed all soot and scale deposits without damaging the tubes. Simultaneous vacuuming ensured that all loosened deposits were fully extracted.
Within just two days, all fire tubes were cleaned, allowing the boiler to operate at maximum efficiency once again.
