A pharmaceutical factory operating several York chillers wanted to take condenser tube cleaning in-house and contacted Goodway Benelux. After an evaluation, the RAM-4 tube cleaner with the appropriate accessories was selected. During delivery and on-site training, the customer successfully cleaned one of their chillers themselves.
The RAM-4, combined with spin-grit brushes, is highly effective at removing soft to medium deposits in condenser tubes. Mud, biological deposits, and light scaling were quickly and easily removed. Cleaning the condenser tubes immediately improved heat transfer, resulting in higher efficiency of the installation.
