RAM-4 tube cleaner

The most important thing is that the tubes are really clean and the effort (time, labor etc.) is less. The brushes have a long lifetime, we hardly see any wear on them. RAM-4 tube cleaner
The Goodway® RAM-4 tube cleaner is a lightweight, portable device designed for fast and effective cleaning of heat exchanger tubes. Its portability make it ideal for facilities with multiple heat exchangers located far apart. The tube cleaner connects to a flexible shaft and brush. When the operator activates the footswitch, the brush begins to rotate, cleaning the inner surfaces of the heat exchanger tubes while a low-pressure water flush rinses out the loosened deposits.
While the RAM-4 is widely used for HVAC/R maintenance in commercial facilities such as hospitals, office buildings, and data centers – where water-cooled chillers must operate efficiently to maintain critical climate control – it is also used for other applications, including dry pipe cleaning in larger production and vacuum piping systems.
When to use
The RAM-4 tube cleaner is engineered to effectively remove light to medium deposits from heat exchanger tubes. It is particularly effective against deposits such as algae, sludge, mud, and biological fouling (biofilm). Designed for versatility, the RAM-4 can clean tubes ranging from 7 to 30 millimeters in diameter and lengths up to 10 meters.
