A Portuguese manufacturing company experienced reduced efficiency in one of their smaller chillers due to organic fouling in the condenser tubes, which significantly impaired heat transfer. After consulting with Goodway Benelux, the company decided to perform the cleaning in-house using Goodway® equipment.
The customer acquired a RAM-PRO tube cleaner combined with blue flexible shafts for wet cleaning and spin-grit brushes. These oversized brushes create friction inside the tubes, efficiently removing fouling. After a short cleaning session, the tubes were fully cleared, and the chiller returned to its designed performance. The equipment is now regularly used to maintain the other chillers as well.
