GTC-540 industrial vacuum

During boiler firetube cleaning, proper collection of loosened dust and soot is essential. This not only improves cleaning efficiency but also enhances operator safety by preventing exposure to fine particles. When combined with the GTC-DPA tool, it becomes an excellent addition to any boiler firetube cleaning setup. However, the GTC-540A industrial vacuum can also be used for other applications requiring the safe collection of dust and fine powders.

The GTC-540 industrial vacuum is engineered for fast and efficient soot collection in boilers.

  • Compatible with 57 or 76 liter tanks and 114 or 208 liter drums.
  • High CFM rating ensures rapid collection of light, powdery soot without clogging filters.
  • Soot is collected neatly in a disposable polyethylene bag for easy and convenient disposal.
  • When cleaning boiler firetubes, Goodway Benelux recommends using the GTC-DPA tool and BFN-nozzles to connect to the vacuum.

Note: The GTC-540 industrial vacuum is supplied without accessories. Items like the VAC-KIT-9, GTC-DPA, and BFN-nozzles are available separately.
