Flexible shaft repair kits

Blue Goodway® flexible shafts, used for wet tube cleaning applications, require regular maintenance after each cleaning and may occasionally wear or fail at the couplings on either end. With a repair kit, these flexible shafts can be quickly repaired and maintained, extending their service life. This solution is ideal for companies that frequently use the shafts or operate in remote locations – such as vessels at sea – where replacement shafts may not be readily available.

Select the correct repair kit based on the type of flexible shaft you are using. If you operate with multiple shaft types – such as GTC-702, GTC-703, and others – you will need separate repair kits for each type, as the couplings and fittings differ between shaft models.

• 4 thrust washers
• 4 drive end repair coupling
• 4 tool/brush end repair couplings
• 1 crimping tool with punch
• 1 flexible shaft lubricator with quick disconnect (GSL-705)
• 2 bottles (500 milliliters each) of lubricant for flexible shaft lubricator (GSL-LU1)
