CoilShine cleaning agent
Goodway® CoilShine is a powerful solution designed for cleaning and degreasing air-cooled heat exchanger coils. This biodegradable coil cleaner features powerful cleaning agents, degreasers, and an expanding and self-advancing micro bubble foam formula designed to penetrate coil beds. It is non-toxic, allowing for safe handling, and is safer than acids or highly caustic cleaners on coils and workers. It has a mild pleasant odor and can be used with Goodway® coil cleaning products or pump sprayers without vacating occupied areas. CoilShine is a biodegradable cleaning solution.
When to use
- Remove macro- and biological fouling from air-cooled heat exchanger coils
- Degrease coils to optimize heat transfer and thus efficiency
- Dilute the solution based on the fouling level of the system being cleaned
- Used best when combined with Goodway® CC-400HF or CC-JR coil cleaners
Note: CoilShine is supplied in cases containing four bottles, each with a 4-liter capacity.

We were faced with a challenge of cleaning a large, horizontal air cooler. Combined with Coilshine cleaning agent, we successfully cleaned the thick coil by using the high flow, low pressure CC-400HF system.

We use the Goodway® CC-400HF to periodically clean a large number of air-cooled condensers. Due to the low pressure jet and high flow, we can clean the coils well without damaging them. In combination with Coilshine, we can also degrease the coils immediately, which ensures better heat transfer after cleaning.
