Jetload pipe cleaner

The Goodway® Jetload pipe cleaner is a versatile system primarily used for removing fluids or leftover product from heat exchanger tubes, hoses, and piping. The system uses compressed air to propel specialized, oversized foam pig projectiles through the tubes. Thanks to their relative oversize compared to the tube inner diameter, the projectiles effectively press out any loose deposits or fluids. The Jetload pipe cleaner is easy to use and suitable for both straight and curved tubes with inner diameters ranging from 5 to 51 millimeters.

The system is also frequently used prior to eddy-current inspections of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. After cleaning, residual water often remains inside the tubes, which can interfere with the inspection. By propelling the foam pig projectiles through the tubes, the remaining water is fully displaced, leaving the tubes completely dry and ready for accurate testing.

When to use

The Jetload pipe cleaner is engineered to work with Goodway® foam pig projectiles and effectively remove light, loose deposits and fluids from heat exchanger tubes, hoses and pipes. It can be used for a wide variety of applications and we would recommend contacting the Goodway Benelux team to check if this system suits your application.

• Use only with Goodway® foam pig projectiles

Note: The Jetload system is powered by compressed air only.

Speed-loading

The Jetload pipe cleaner features a speed-loading system with a trap door at the back of the gun for rapid projectile loading. This quick-loading functionality can be used for tubes, pipes, or hoses up to 25 millimeters in diameter. For larger projectiles, manual loading is required.
