Shipping
Goodway Benelux ships orders using a variety of transportation companies, depending on the type, size, and urgency of the goods ordered. Each order is typically shipped separately, unless combining shipments is economically more efficient.

Before shipping, each order is quoted, providing the customer with full transparency regarding transportation costs. These costs are agreed upon in advance, ensuring there are no disputes or later claims about shipment expenses.

Returns
Customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the products remain unopened and unused. Once goods have been unpacked and used, returns are no longer accepted and no refund will be issued. This policy ensures that all returned items remain in a saleable condition for other customers.

General terms

  • All orders are subject to standard B2B payment terms as agreed with the customer.
  • Goodway Benelux is not responsible for delays caused by third-party transportation companies.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery and notifying Goodway Benelux immediately of any visible damage or missing items.
  • Products must be handled and stored according to the manufacturer’s instructions to remain eligible for return.
  • Claims for defective or incorrect products must be reported promptly to allow for inspection and replacement or repair as applicable.
